Please request working sample code (NC Code which has worked on your machine model) and the NC programming manual for your machine from the manufacturer's Technical Support team. I assume you are evaluating Autodesk ArtCAM Standard 2018 or using the free version of Autodesk ArtCAM 2018, as I do not see an Autodesk ArtCAM product listed in the assets registered against your Autodesk account it looks like you are already using Autodesk Fusion 360. I would very much appreciate any assistance I could get. The suppliers aren't familiar with artCAM 2018 and could give me no further assistance. I have tried these options with no success. The machine isn't in the list of Machine files. I have been told by the supplier that it will accept a general G-code.
